Free Golf Lessons
Different things happen every time you step out onto the golf course. That’s why sometimes free golf lessons can be just what every golfer needs to get them back on track. My own point of view is that the ‘unknown’ aspect of golf is what makes golf the most interesting sport to play. Every time I play at my local golf course it is a new experience, sometimes good and sometimes bad.
Because of the enormous variety of shots that golf seems to bring upon you, it’s important to make the most of your practice time. Ongoing practice on a weekly basis is the best way to give yourself the opportunity to play around with those unusual spots your golf ball may end up in. With golf practice sometimes the unorthodox or out of the ordinary methods can do wonders to improve your golf game.
What Does Unorthodox Practice Mean?
If you look at the golf driving range the majority of golfers spend all their time trying to hit the golf ball as far as possible with their drivers. Very few spend any time at all on the short part of the game. Which ever way you look at it, spending too much time on either part of the game will not benefit you or allow you the opportunity to practice those tricky or indifferent shots we all seem to face on the golf course.
Free Golf Lessons That Work – Close Your Eyes Or Just Look Away
This is an example of an unconventional practice shot. This is one of the better free golf lessons that can help you keep your head down and your eyes over the golf ball when you find yourself in a tricky spot on the golf course.
Step 1
Begin by taking your stance to the left side of the golf ball for right handers. Next you need to face away from the target line. This will feel strange at first but stick with it and trust yourself.
Step 2
Hold the golf club whichever you choose with it facing downwards from your most dominant hand. The blade or face of the golf club should be pointing towards the ground and right at your feet.
Step 3
Put the blade or face of the golf club behind the golf ball and turn your head slightly back so you can get a good aim of your shot.
Step 4
Pull the golf club upwards while still moving it forward. Then swing the golf club down along your target line for as long as possible and ensure you follow through.
Step 5
It will be difficult but try to not turn around and see where the golf ball has gone. Really focus on your follow through and hitting the golf ball back in play towards the green. This is one of many free golf lessons that you can use to really improve your golf game.
